**Job Title: Construction Painter** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Exterior Painter with expertise in using a sprayer for projects at Beach Pointe Apartments, Huntington Beach, CA. The role involves painting stucco walls and wood trim, requiring proficiency in paint preparation and spraying techniques. **Responsibilities** + Perform exterior painting on stucco walls and wood trim using a sprayer. + Conduct paint preparation activities, including sanding and drywall prepping. + Utilize painting tools effectively, such as paint prep, spray gun, and paint gun. + Maintain tools such as work boots, two-gallon bucket, good quality brush, mini roller handle, putty knife, caulking gun, extension pole, and utility knife. **Essential Skills** + Experience with sprayer painting techniques. + Ability to perform paint preparation tasks. + Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Possess a good attitude and strong work ethic. + Ability to pass a 4-panel drug screen. + No felonies in the last 7 years. **Work Environment** The work is conducted outdoors at Beach Pointe Apartments in Huntington Beach, CA, providing a dynamic and engaging setting. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values dedication and craftsmanship, offering an opportunity to showcase your skills in a supportive and professional environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fullerton, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
