Are you a people-person who loves making guests feel right at home? Alpine Country Club is seeking a polished and professional Host/Hostess to be the friendly first impression for our dining experience. You'll welcome members and guests with warmth, manage seating flow, and ensure an exceptional start to every meal.

💼 What You’ll Do

Greet all members and guests with a warm, gracious welcome.
Seat guests efficiently while considering preferences and table rotation.
Provide menus and inform guests of their server upon seating.
Manage reservations and accurately quote wait times during busy periods.
Coordinate with service staff and kitchen to maintain a smooth guest flow.
Answer phone calls, take to-go orders, and respond to inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organized host area and dining room.
Monitor guest satisfaction, handle complaints courteously, and thank guests as they leave.
Support the team by jumping in wherever needed to ensure seamless operations.

✅ What We’re Looking For

1+ year of experience in food service or hosting, preferably in fine dining.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Tech-savvy with experience using POS, reservation, and scheduling software.
Professional demeanor with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
Positive attitude, reliability, and team-player mindset.
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, split shifts, and long shifts.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
