Position Summary This 30-40 hour per week position includes benefits and offers an opportunity to support our clients in several key functional areas of HR. These areas include compensation, employee relations, payroll and benefits consulting, policy development, and onboarding / offboarding processes. Our consulting work may be remote, hybrid, or on-site at client locations throughout the Traverse City area. Each day will be a little different. This position pays $23-$38 per hour commensurate with experience. Your schedule can range from 30-40 hours per week depending on your preference.
