In this pivotal position, you will drive advancements in molding processes and tooling applications, setting new benchmarks in efficiency and quality. Your expertise will yield ingenious solutions in processing, mold design, and quality assurance, ensuring continuous evolution in our operations.

Crucial Missions You'll Lead:

• Initiate and calibrate molding process enhancements for new and existing technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve molding inefficiencies, ensuring top-tier product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine design, quality, and tooling strategies .
• Forge solid, consistent process frameworks using SOPs and DOE principles.
• Pioneer trials and validations that set standards in molding precision and efficiency.
• Promote safety, quality, and environmental consciousness across practices.
• Champion innovation: propose material and machinery upgrades for better results.
• Guide and mentor peers through technical challenges and processes.

Your Toolkit:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent expertise.
• Dense experience—3-5 years —in molding environments, specializing in injection or blow settings.
• Deep understanding of resins, mold methodologies, and process structures .
• Acumen in scientific molding , proactive problem solving, and collaborative communication.
