Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is equally skilled in customer service. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer support. You will work closely with prospective customers to schedule estimates, follow up on leads, and support customers through every stage of their project.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Duties:

• Respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, txt and web platforms.
• Follow up with leads generated from marketing efforts, trade shows, and online platforms.
• Schedule appointments for outside sales reps and estimators.
• Educate customers about products and services offered (roofing, siding, gutters, windows, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Assist with proposal preparation for supplements and additional work orders.

Customer Service Duties:

• Answer customer questions about scheduling, project updates, and warranties.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with the operations, installation, and accounting teams to keep customers informed.
• Maintain detailed customer notes and case resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and multi-line phone systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• A team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
