We are searching for an experienced IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST  for our Jacksonville, TX (near Tyler, TX) location.

As our new IT Support Specialist, you will add additional help desk support to all of Federal Heath including phone support, remote support, and hands on computer and printer configurations.

IT Support Specialists troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, install and configure hardware 
and software, assist in maintaining computer systems, and network connectivity.

You'll provide technical assistance to support end-users assisting them with problems they encounter.

You'll manage several systems unique to the Jacksonville facility. This includes:

• setting up new computers, monitors, docking stations, and printers
• time-collection system in the manufacturing plant which requires additional support for related hand-held scanning devices, wireless access points and connectivity
• phone system, security camera system, door scanning badge system, and time collection systems
• Upcoming VoIP phone system will require physical device setups and configurations
• ERP system support.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain technical issues to non-tech employees
Self-motivated
Task oriented
Keyboarding/Typing speed of 60 wpm or higher
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
College degree or coursework desired but not required.
Soft skills of empathy, adaptability, confidentiality, problem-solving/troubleshooting, and time management.
Min 2 years IT support experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
