We’re growing fast and looking for a sharp, people-first recruiter who can own the full hiring process and deliver a world-class onboarding and training experience.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you’ll be responsible for recruiting top-tier talent across multiple markets—and ensuring every new hire is set up to succeed from day one. You’ll be a strategic partner to leadership, a systems thinker, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where building strong teams and scalable infrastructure is key.

Cannabis experience is a major plus —we're looking for someone who understands the nuances of our industry and can hit the ground running with a team that moves fast and executes at a high level.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer across departments and states
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for sales, operations, and leadership roles using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System
• Own onboarding from start to finish—designing and delivering scalable programs that ramp new hires quickly and effectively
• Implement and manage a 30-60-90 day check-in system to track progress and reinforce development goals
• Create and maintain SOPs, onboarding decks, and training materials that ensure consistency across the org
• Leverage a Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver, track, and iterate on training programs—experience with platforms like Lessonly, Trainual, TalentLMS, WorkRamp, Docebo, or Litmos is a big plus
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build and refine internal hiring, training, and development infrastructure

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth or multi-state environment
• Background in onboarding, training, or L&D
• Hands-on experience with at least one Learning Management System (Trainual, Lessonly, or similar)
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Background in cannabis is a huge plus —especially if you’ve recruited or trained in this space
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and move quickly without sacrificing quality
